This is my first answer to the drawing requests I offered (there is still one non-McShep SGA request left! All taken!).

This is for newkidfan, who said: "McKay/Sheppard. In the messhall, Sheppard reaching across the table to cup tenderly Rodney's face."

Now, when I took this up with John, he refused to just stop at caressing and insisted on kissing (he's slutty that way)...





I'm trying to use my drawing tablet thing and basically using this meme to practice, I hope you like the results! I'm still getting better at shadows and stuff.

Oh! Oh, this is wonderful. Even more that the kiss itself, I think what I love most is the detail of the backs of John and Rodney's knuckles just barely brushing over McKay's knee.

Oooh! I like the new coloring effects you're getting on the tablet. A lot more vivid, and interesting shadows.

Mmm, that said, John's t-shirt pulling up! and all the pockets on his pants! and the way he's leaning on Rodney's knee to steady himself! And Rodney's sweet expression, reaching up to hold John's arm with his eyes closed. Very nice.

The only downside of drawing with the tablet is that it takes me about 10 times the time to make one piece... and I'm impatient! I hope to reduce this time as I ge better!
