Date: 2007-06-13 09:27 am (UTC)I did a term in Japan as well. All I can say is that everything is exactly the same and yet, completely different. Learn to say Excuse me and I'm sorry. Don't panic when people yell at you when you first walk into the store, all shop employees have to say "Welcome!" at the highest level possible as soon as you walk in.
