I'm not dead!

I'm not dead, but it might seem as if I am for a while... I have applied for a scholarship to Japan and am working on my thesis and time is *really* getting away from me!

So I'm not properly keeping up with fandom, and not reading/watching nearly enough of the wonderful stuff I *know* is being posted!

I will try to keep all my fandom obligations (i.e. the stuff I said I would do for a number of you).

I can still be reached by leaving a comment to my posts or by e-mail.

Ooo, good luck on the thesis and on Japan! And if you somehow are shooting for and get placed in Tokyo, I can send you reccommendations for awesome places to visit.

:D I'm aiming for Tsukuba University as my first option, with Tokyo University as my second. But Tsukuba is rather close to Tokyo (an hour by train) so I will of course go exploring! I have been to Japan twice already as part of programs sponsored by the IYEO, but the schedule was so busy, I only got to see stuff in the night time! (and missed dinner in order to go to a bookstore!)

I would be grateful for any and all recommendations you could share with me!

I so hope this will work out, I'm so exited!
