So, I love trinityofone's fanfic X (You can see some manips I already did for that universe here) and I am weak, I drew her the balcony scene. I wanted to accompany it with a drawing of something slashy and sexy, but she hasn't given us any slash or sex in that universe yet... I'm still waiting hopefully.





Rodney's back was hunched. It made him look small and round, like a frightened animal. It made John want to press a hand to his spine, make him stand up straight, stand tall. He may not have been meant to be a warrior, but it was there within him, whether he wanted it or not. Cowardly Rodney, with his spine of steel.

It is the labs, even though I have no idea if they have a balcony... Rodney would look for the balcony nearest his workplace. I'm glad you noticed!

I wanna write the sex, I really do! You make me want to, because I love this, John's gloves and high collar and stiff posture, and Rodney all curled in on himself. Man, I started the sequel to this...I should really start poking at that again...

The thing is I think I know why you haven't written more of this: You're trying to figure out the perfect way in which John and Rodney get to have sex... one that makes us go all like: "Of course that's how they'd do it! *facepalm*".

Which is no easy feat, I own like 10 X-men comics, total, from various spin-offs and things. And one just happens to be the first and only one where Gambit and Rogue get to have sex (under the influence of an ability-negating-field-or-something) which is the only way the writers could get over her *gift*... *shifty eyes*

(Also I hear there's a spin-off where she has Magneto's children and he touches her by using his magnetic field... which makes me translate that into John/Jack in your universe and.that.is.just.wrong...)

You're allowed to mean it like that. I know I have a bad habit of promising sequels to things and then not delivering.

You're right about why I'm having trouble, too. Everything just seems like such a cheat! And that's just the physical stuff—emotionally, they have a whole other set of problems to deal with.

However, I just realized that it's very possible that John is a virgin in this universe. Interesting... ;-)

I *know*. But I'm counting on your genius to pull it off... besides if you don't cheat, they either never have sex (Oh, noes!) or get magically cured by the power of luve... (iak!)

Hmm... I just thought that maybe Carson's gene therapy could do something to fix this... in the sense that they're using John's gene as a basis because it's the purest and in conjunction with Rodney's gift somehow made them more compatible(possibly because John absorbed Rodney's gift on the woods scene)? And then Rodney would have to *train* John into letting him touch him. Just a thought...

Also as meta to the X universe: could wraith who feed on mutated humans integrate the mutation into their dna? (Oh, noes, superwraith!)
