So shusu and zabbers came up with The body part squee challenge meme.

I commented with the characters Teyla and Sora and got "The apples of their cheeks" from shusu.

Being a non native English-speaker, at first I had no idea what she meant, but a google search later, I think I got the gist of it. I present:

And EeeeEEEE! I love the looks on their faces and their little tattoos and curves ... all their curves. The way their hair falls is just right, and it's such a nice moment in time, when they were still innocent and coloring each other's skin. Wonderful! Thank you so much! :D

That is exactly where I was going with this, I'm so glad it came across. I mean, Teyla and Sora were and could have remained friends. I think that's why Sora is so angry and vengeful, she feels Teyla betrayed her.

Thanks a lot! I think Sora is the *most* underrepresented character in the SGA fandom, and she has *so* much potential.

The tattoo's were supposed to be henna, but they came out too dark.

Oh, Teyla! With her little ponytail! And her tattoo and her nose. I love her nose. And Sora's so sweet with her shy posture and her curls and her crush on Teyla - you did a lovely job of showing it in her body language and eyes. (And it doesn't necessarily mean a sexual crush - if Teyla came to my planet a few times a year to trade and smiled at me and showed me how to make myself pretty and was nice to me, I'd TOTALLY want to be her when I grew up. Lovely!

:) I *so* agree that Sora has a crush on Teyla, they could have been such great friends and allies and then it all went to hell.

I think most of Sora's anger comes from feeling betrayed by her former friend.

I think Sora and Teyla have a history and I would love to see them interact again this season. (Actually I would like her to join an Atlantis team or become Kolya's right hand while they form a secret terrorist organization, but that's just wistful thinking)

Also, I think you live in my brain sometimes, because my fish_like_bikes was originally going to be Teyla and Sora in their youth (but now I'm working on something with Miko, though I may finish the first eventually).
