Fanart for [livejournal.com profile] nessalynna's "The Rodney Multiplex"



I made fanart based on [livejournal.com profile] nessalynna's fanfic The Rodney Multiplex. I read it a long time ago, but when it appeared in [livejournal.com profile] sgastoryfinders I just had to read it again.

EDIT: Because it is so big, some people are having problems seeing the bigger version (IExplorer gives a "Forbidden"-Error), use "save as" or copy-paste the link in another window...

If anyone knows a free web service that allows pictures this big or if someone is willing to host it for me, let me know.

That could work! Does the LJ scrapbook suppor drawing of 201Kb? The problem with photobucket (which I usually use) is that it restricts the *width* to screensize and this is much wider than 1024 pixels...

I'm glad you like it! It took forever to get done, but it was so much fun comming up with all the stuff going on in Rodney's head.

I have huge pics in there... I'll go and do it now...

I just totally love everything about it. The textures and colouring. How the thoughts(? - I've never read the fic) are whirling around.

The drawing is one of my favorites *ever*.

The fic is adorable: John can suddenly read minds and sees the thoughts as projections into the room and around the people. Rodney's are so vivid that they fill up the whole room, like the multiplex. And then John starts stalking Rodney because of all the cool thoughts flying around... Mcshep happens.

I had read it a while ago and wanted to draw something for it, but I never got around to actually *doing* it until today.
